ITS BEEN SO LONG!!! It's April 29th, and the end of Spring semester is nearing. Both Manu and I have been super busy with school and our fraternities that I completely forgot about our blog. Update: We're Going to School Together Again!

Ahhhhhh! Hello blog readers! It's been a crazy past year and I have so much to update you all on, but first of all, the biggest news about Manu and I is that we're going to college together! Our first day was August 22nd and we're a little over one month in now and it's been such a crazy, yet very fun ride together. During the first week of school we went to various welcome week events together such as BBQs on the quad, Wolf it Down Pancake Feed, GO Fest, and the Waka Flocka & Sage The Gemini concert. All in all I'm just so happy to be going to school with him again. One year of high school together and two years of long-distance later and here we are! We make three years in a little over a week so expect a post on October 7th, 2015, it'll be a good one ;). Haha. But really, so excited to be back with my manubear all year, able to see him whenever need be. Really beats Skype dates and long phone calls! :P In the meantime, I've also joined a sorority and will be writing about it in a bit! Stay tuned!

Year Two

Hey there blog viewers! This blog has been untouched for a good while, but now that Megan and I are going through another year of long-distance I thought I keep it somewhat up to date. Year 2 isn't nearly as tough as Year 1. Although that seems obvious, some people think the second year is worse. Although I do get lonely and sad, I know what to expect throughout each semester. We did have our 2 year anniversary last month!!! It was amazing, and Megan even came up to visit me this year, since I went home last year :) It was the best weekend I've had while away for sure. But now we're apart again, and although that sucks, I know we'll be together soon enough and thats what keeps me going. Going home for Thanksgiving this year so I'll see ya in 3 weeks baby!! <3

Home Stretch

Well, I'm back at school after being home for a few days for Megan's prom. Being with her was simply amazing, and I'm so happy I could make it back for her :) We looked fantastic if I say so myself, and we just had a great time. We also made 18 months on Monday, which also made the visit all the more special <3 But now I'm back at school for the final month... of hell. A lot of work to get done, and a lot of tests to study for. This last month will be tough, but there's no doubt in my mind we'll get through it. We always do. As corny as this may sound... We concluded that we really are perfect for each other. There is just too much evidence to prove that for us not to be perfect for one another. It honestly kinda scares me when those perfect coincidences pop up haha. All I can think about is coming home for the last time, and spending the perfect summer with the perfect girl. 3 full months of fun-packed events! There's no way these next 35 days are getting in the way of us. I love you so much Megan!! :) can't wait to be together again!

Last time home

Welllll the past month or so, I have gone home twice. Once for my cousins wedding, and the other for my spring break. I am going home again this weekend for Megan's prom :) but its the last time I'll be home until summer.. It's been great coming home so often, and I am very grateful. I know most people can't fly home that often... But after knowing I'll be home every so often the past couple months, it's gonna be hard being away from everything for over a month :/ I honestly just want to spend everyday with Megan. Being away has been rough, and we've been making it through and going stronger. Getting stronger each day.. But that doesn't take away from how much I miss her, and want to be with her every second. I just want it to be summer, where we have months together, not having to worry or be sad. I'll cherish every moment because I realize how each moment is special when we are together. Something I didn't completely realize in high school with her. A little over a month and things will be 100x better :) I love you Megan!!! Let's keep doing what we do for a little longer <3

I can't believe he's back in Reno already! but I can't really complain- every time he's home it's like he's never been away and I couldn't imagine myself with anyone else. haha he probably won't see this post until I tell him I blogged but that's ok. no words can describe how excited I am to have Manu fly home for prom but until then, I just wanted to drop by and let those who view this blog know that we're still together and going strong! 18ish months down, forever to go. Home Bound!

So this weekend I get to go home for a couple days because my cousin is getting married :) this means i get to spend some time with my baby :) we haven't had much time to talk and we miss each other very much, so this trip home came at a great time. We get to catch up and have a couple nice nights together <3 there is nothing that I would rather have than a couple nice days with her. It sucks not being together but we know how to deal with this already. Every phone call, text, and video chat is special in its own way, but nothing can compare with being together physically. Can't wait to finally be with megan :) yayyyyy 4 more days!
