36 hours
In a day and a half I will finally be leaving this place, and going home. Finally. It has been too long since I felt the heavy humid air, the salt water surrounding me, and my baby's soft skin. I can't express how relieved I am to know that in less than 48 hours I'll get to be with Megan. It's been long with some rough patches, but theres no one I'd rather go on this journey with, and return home to than her. I love you Megan! I'll be home very soon, and we can do all the fun things we have been planning the past 4 months. Last day of finals, and I'm home free :) Literally. I love you baby!!!

< 6 days left
Well another day goes by, which means I am 24 hours closer to finally being home. It's hard for me to even express how much I wanna get out of here, and be in Hawaii. I didn't have a single final to do today, so I sat around and was forced to entertain myself. But it is too hard to go on Facebook, or Instagram, when everyone you know is already going home, and youre stuck at school for another 6 days. It is really making it suck even more, but hopefully these last days will go by faster. Thank goodness I have Megan to help get me through this. She's been so supportive, and my backbone through this first semester. Through the rough times, the schoolwork, and all the other bs people throw at us, we will always make it out together.
137 more hours! I love you Megan!! :)

last week countdown
Today officially marks the last week of being away from my girl. And it has never felt so good. I am counting down the hours now, to approximately 155 till I land on Hawaiian soil, and into my baby's arms. Its been a long run, but it is almost over thank the lord. First night back, we're going to walk the city Christmas lights :) can't wait to finally be back. 7 more days! I love you babe!!!

picking up where we left off
just 10 more days till my munzbunz is home and back in my arms. I can't wait for him to come home! I'm pretty sure the best part about his coming home (besides the fact that we get to spend tons of time together) is the feeling that nothing's changed. When he's home, we can just pick up where we left off; it's as if he never even left. I remember when he first left and I whined about not being able to see him for 100+ days but those days are finally coming to an end and the feeling is truly spectacular. just 10 more days babe!!! <3

SLOW DAYS
16 days to go... the days feel like they take forever to go by because all I can think about is being home! It's so stressful. I am so anxious like all the time, and I can't hold it in. It doesn't help that all Megan and I talk about is how great its going to be once I'm home. It is great to talk about that, but it just gets me more anxious, and makes it harder for days to go by. I just want to do everything I possibly can with her within the month I'm home. And it is wonderful to know how often I'll be home next semester :) I am so happy how close I am to going home, and how far Megan and I have come in our relationship, and strong we've become. Its rough hearing about all these relationships not working out because someone cheated, or home wrecked, or was ruined because there was no loyalty in the relationship. It does scare me, but I absolutely know nothing will happen. And I know I do ask dumb questions but it really is for no reason... Sorry Megan :( I have absolute trust in us. Cheaters absolutely disgust me, and I know someone that did something dumb in their relationship and I give him shit often. Being faithful is not hard at all, but some people are just to shallow. Well enough ranting. I'm ready to go home and be with my girl :) Im also ready to spend our lives together but one step at a time. I love you Megan :) I'll be home soooooon!

weeeshnaw
Another day goes by in which I sit in my dorm room, and all I can think about is the day I finally come home. The plans we have set for this winter break is so exciting. It will be just perfect! It really is hard to wait especially since I am so impatient to begin with. The texts, calls, and video chats do help a lot :) but nothing will ever be as good as being together physically. The feeling of having you in my arms will be 100x better than reaching my arms out to the camera. Ugh 25 more days!!! I love you Megan! :)

my sick BABY :(
Not only has the distance been torture... but now Megan is sick :( and the worst part is that I can't be there to comfort her or take care of her. I feel so bad, but I will be home in 4 weeks to be there for her everyday of the winter. I will keep her safe from any sickness and if I fail, I will take care of her. Tucking her in, bringing breakfast in bed, making runs to the store for cough drops, or whatever food she wants to have, bringing her tall glasses of water, and making sure shes getting medicine at the right times. I can't wait to go home... This winter break will be the best month of my life, and hopefully hers too :) I love you Megan!!! I really hope you get better quickly!

Day By Day
As the time until I'm home grows shorter, the days seem to get longer. Theres no place I'd rather be than in the arms of my girl. These 32 days will seem like the longest month of my life, but we will do whatever we can to make each other happy, and patient until the day I return home. It'll be hard considering how impatient we both are, but I know that the reward in the end will be worth it :) Until then, the texts, video chats, and phone calls will continue to make me happy. I love you Megan :) Let's keep on doing what we do

33 days
33 days until we're reunited for the ho ho holidays :) I miss being able to hold his hand and walk around aimlessly; I miss his smile and the way his eyebrows rise when I say something stupid; I miss his forehead kisses when I'm sad and his hugs when we part; I miss everything about him, but he'll be home before I know it :)

nothing else matters
Distance doesn't just make you miss one another, it makes your whole life harder to deal with. When you can't be with each other, everything is harder to get through. You don't have that physical support that helps so greatly. Even though there is distance between you two, there will always be the unconditional support from one another. When times get rough, and it seems the distance is starting to hit you harder than before, remember that they will be there for you thick and thin. When someone is in love, they don't just quit on you. They will support you and be there for you always. Never give up. Remember what it felt to spend those endless days of cuddling in bed, watching movies, and ending in a date night. Know that you will be together again and those feelings will be real once again. Continue to love and never quit. Thats all you have sometimes. Is the love shared for one another.
I'll be home soon Megan :) 36 more days! I love you! :)

You Can Go the Distance
Everyone knows being a part of a long distance relationship isn't the easiest thing. But everyone should know that it's definitely possible to be with someone that's miles away. It'll be challenging, and there may be times where you think things are falling apart and there's nothing you can do. The best thing to do then, is to communicate. And at that point in time, you have to try even harder to work through the tough times and make things work. No force in the world can stop you from doing what you want. These are the times when you have to show the strength of love. As cheesy as that might sound, it's the truth. As hard as it may get, the love you have for one another can overcome any obstacle in your path. Being miles away from eachother makes that tough, but know that you will always be coming back to eachother. Through all the love, and all the fights, you will be together soon enough, and things will fall in place just how you wanted them to. If you want to be with someone, whether it be for your whole life or not, don't let anything or anyone get in the way of your dream. Don't let people tell you, "you won't survive the distance", or "you guys are young and won't be together very long". Prove them wrong, because you can. And with the love you share, you can prove anyone wrong. Anything is possible when you're in love.

the beautiful dream
The other night I had a dream, which I do of us often. But
nothing like this one. This one seemed all too real. At first it seemed like
nothing, the common blackness of a deep sleep. Then all of a sudden it felt
like I woke up from my sleep, but I was next to her. We were in the same bed,
and yet I am 2500 miles away. It was a great feeling. A happy feeling. One of
those you don’t want to end, but then it was just too good to be true. I end up
waking up, alone, in my dorm room. It was a sad period, but there’s nothing bad
about having a nice dream about my girl and I. 63 more days till I go home and
we can wake up next to each other :) Don’t wake up and let go of your dreams.

a blog? whaaaaat
Hey there readers! :) I made this blog after seeing my friend's, to document my life and the beauty of it. My emphasis or main focus for this blog will be my boyfriend Manu and I. I couldn't find a blog title that was readily available but I came across M and M 6 ever, and since that being something we refer to often, I felt it was appropriate. :) I'm excited to get this blog started but here's a little about us first: I'm Megan. I'm a short, awkward, fun and outgoing 16 year old enjoying her junior year in high school. Manu is a handsome, sweet, hilarious 18 year old freshman in college. We have been together since October 7th, 2012 and made a year together yesterday. We met at Kamehameha Schools and live in Hawaii. We hope those who come across our blog will find it sweet and worthwhile. Thanks for reading! Enjoy \m/
